Background and Experience: I have worked in real estate for twenty years for two different companies; and as a result, I know the Lehigh Valley well. During my real estate career, I have received numerous sales awards, the most prestigious of which is the Hall of Fame Award.
Education: I have a B.S. in Business Education and was a high school and college business teacher for 13 years. My experience in business education enables me to better serve my clients due to a broader understanding of finance, marketing, and computers. Accordingly, it was easy to transition from teaching business into a career in the real estate business.
Where I have lived: I have lived in several neighborhoods in the Lehigh Valley for 30 years. During this time, I have had three children attend school in the area and they have participated in numerous extra curricular activities. All this has helped me gain a greater understanding of what the Valley has to offer.
Hobbies: I love to golf, take water aerobic classes, exercise at the gym, play bunko, read, and go to dinner with my friends and family
Additional Services: To help serve my clients better, I have a moving truck that is free to use if you buy or sell a home with me. In addition, my daughter, Kristi Smith, is my licensed assistant and she works with me to insure your needs are met. Kristi is also a teacher in the East Penn School District and can help answer any school related questions that you and your family may have.
